Verification
Why do I have to verify my ID?
Every member is ID-verified so the people you swipe on are real. Once approved, you earn the VIP badge on your profile.
What do I need to submit?
Photos of the front and back of your state ID or driver's license. Facial recognition is not required.
How long do I have to verify?
New accounts must verify within 7 days. Your account page shows how many days you have left, and accounts that are not verified in time are removed and need to be recreated.
How long does review take?
Our team reviews each submission by hand. Your account shows ID under review while you wait, and the VIP badge appears once you are approved.
Plans
What plans are available?
Spark is $9.99 per month, Intent is $24.99 per month and Matchmaker is $50 per month. Compare them on the home page under Plans.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Choose annual billing on any plan and save 20% compared with paying monthly.
What does Matchmaker include?
Matchmaker members can request a planned date with a local match. Both of you see the time and place in your accounts.
Where can I see my current plan?
Your account page shows your plan and the perks it unlocks.
Safety
How do I report a profile?
Open the full profile by tapping a swipe card, then choose Report. Tell us why it seems fake or inappropriate and our team will review it.
How do I block someone?
Open their full profile and choose Block. They will no longer appear in your swipe deck.
What do the intention badges mean?
Each member shares an intention, such as Looking for Marriage or Just Dating, so you know what they want before you swipe.
